Glowing in somber reds, the mansion stands surrounded by shadowy trees its windows lit as if by memory and fire. a quiet act of remembrance, recognizing both the physical loss and the painful legacy the building embodied.
The paintings are mounted on a realistic stretched canvas structure with a real wood frame backing. I hand-age each wood frame and add tiny vintage-style labels for an authentic, old-world feel. The surface of the artwork is textured by hand, giving it the convincing look and feel of a true painted canvas.
