Marie Laveau aged faux fantasy Painting #p028
Marie Catherine Laveau (September 10, 1801 – June 15, 1881) was a Louisiana Creole practitioner of Voodoo, an herbalist, and a midwife who was renowned in New Orleans.
Measures about 2 ¾”” tall and 2” wide.
I have tried to show the texture, but it is hard with the photos. I will try and add a video within a few days.
Miniature Faux Witch Paintings – 1:12 Scale
Add a touch of fantasy and mystery to your miniature scenes with these handcrafted 1:12 scale faux paintings! Each piece is a fantasy witch artwork, then carefully printed, textured, and finished to look like a real, aged oil painting.
The paintings are mounted on a realistic stretched canvas structure with a real wood frame backing. I hand-age each wood frame and add tiny vintage-style labels for an authentic, old-world feel. The surface of the artwork is textured by hand, giving it the convincing look and feel of a true painted canvas.
Perfect for dollhouses, miniature displays, or collectors of magical miniatures!
- Size: 1/12 scale (perfect for dollhouses)
- Materials: Wood, paper, aged labels, hand-applied texture
- Each piece is handmade — slight variations make every painting unique!
